My professional career to date has been characterised by my ability to continually stimulate the left and right brain in order to realise fantastic things. To combine the inspiring words of the great mathematician Henry Poincarré “Mathematics is the art of giving the same name to different things” with the words of Herman Teirlinck “Art is the simple statement that arose from emotion” it is my constant search for other forms of learning. Learning where experience teaches us that confusion is the impetus for the desire to understand that learning, and how to implement it.

JobVille, to me, is the creative home where I can let my talent and passion roam.

TaPas is an existential tool, an ember for what I want to grow into an exponential fire, together with this talented team of internal potentials. Something that will create a positive and irreversible change within an organisation, team or individual. TaPas, meaning Talent and Passion, is the key to making organisations stay innovative in this rapidly evolving market and to be a creative home for a young generation of professionals who want to absorb as much ‘learning’ as possible as fast as possible in order to find their own professional identity.

What would the world look like if every professional/individual had discovered his or her TaPas, had acknowledged it and chose to live in sympathy with it. Maybe Einstein has already prophesised this a bit by saying “Try not to become a man of success but rather try to become a man of value.”
